Pro Charging Systems seeks to ensure that you receive your products ordered via the e-store in a timely manner. In most cases, orders received will be shipped within three to five business days. In the event an order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you and keep you informed of the order status.

Pro Charging Systems ships via UPS and the USPS depending on the product. Battery chargers are typically shipped via UPS while small accessories or parts may be shipped via USPS.

Return Policy

In the unlikely event that you receive your product and wish to return it, please contact us within five (5) business days of receipt to arrange for the return of the product and a refund of your purchase. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price of the product will be charged. The refund of the product will be governed by the warranty related to that specific product. Please see the product manual for details.
