Pro Charging Systems ships via UPS and the USPS depending on the product. Battery chargers are typically shipped via UPS while small accessories or parts may be shipped via USPS.

In the unlikely event that you receive your product and wish to return it, please contact us withing ten business days of receipt to arrrange for the return of the product and a refund of your purchase.
